This document sets out all the conditions that apply to registering and using the royalbd platform. Please read carefully before becoming a member.

Important: By registering on the royalbd platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. You must be at least 21 years of age.

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the royalbd platform and its users ("Members"). royalbd is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated in Bengali for Bangladeshi users.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and a version in English or any other language, the Bengali version shall take precedence. If any part of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall continue to apply.

1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to royalbd's website, mobile application, and all services provided through them. Members are required to follow these Terms when playing games, placing bets, depositing and withdrawing funds, and participating in any promotions.

1.2 Additional Terms

In addition to these main Terms, bonus terms, specific game rules, and special promotional terms may apply separately. In the event of a conflict, specific terms shall take precedence over general terms.

2 Account Registration

To become a member of royalbd, applicants must provide all information that is true, complete, and up to date. Each individual may open only one account.

2.1 Eligibility for Registration

  • The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Registration must be completed using your real name, date of birth, and mobile number.
  • Operating multiple accounts on the same device, the same IP address, or within the same household is prohibited.
  • Opening an account on behalf of or in the name of another person is not allowed.

2.2 Account Security

The member bears full responsibility for keeping their account password and login details confidential. Passwords must not be shared with anyone else. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to the royalbd support team immediately. The member is responsible for all transactions carried out through their account.

2.3 Updating Information

If any registered details change (mobile number, email, or bank information), the member must inform royalbd in a timely manner. royalbd will not be responsible for any problems arising from incorrect or outdated information.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

royalbd strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 21 from using the platform. The authorities may request the necessary documents to verify a member's age and identity at any time.

3.1 Required Documents

  • Scanned copy of National Identity Card (NID) or birth registration certificate
  • Proof of ownership of the mobile banking account
  • Bank account statement if required

If documents are not provided within the specified time, or if the information on the documents does not match the account information, royalbd reserves the right to suspend the account or hold the funds. The withdrawal process may be delayed until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on royalbd are handled through Bangladeshi payment methods. The platform supports all major mobile banking and bank transfer services in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Terms

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each payment method).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
  • Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in the member's name.
  • Deposits from mobile banking or bank accounts registered in the name of a third party are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
  • Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered in the member's own name.
  • For funds attached to a bonus, withdrawal is available after the wagering requirement has been met.
Payment Verification: For suspicious transactions or large withdrawal amounts, royalbd may carry out additional verification, which may affect the standard processing time.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

royalbd offers various promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and members must meet them.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before withdrawal is possible.

Example: Depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳2,000 bonus, making the balance ৳3,000. To become eligible to withdraw the bonus portion, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • The bonus is applicable only once — each member receives one welcome bonus.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is possible only after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
  • Not all slots and casino games may count equally towards the wagering requirement — this will be stated on the relevant bonus page.
  • Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts or by fraudulent means will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.
Please note: A bonus amount is never direct cash or paid funds — it is a benefit usable subject to specific wagering conditions.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

royalbd offers various games including slots, live casino, cricket and football betting. Each game has its own rules, but the general provisions below apply across all of them.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation Policy

  • Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or withdrawn.
  • royalbd reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
  • If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.

6.2 Special Provisions for Sports Betting

For bets on cricket, football, and other sports events, results will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports authority. In live betting, odds and probabilities change continuously; it is the member's responsibility to check the current odds before placing a bet.

6.3 RTP and Game Results

All games available on royalbd are operated using the RNG (Random Number Generator) technology of the respective game provider. The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is available in the game information — this is a long-term average and does not guarantee the outcome of any specific session.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity and security of the royalbd platform:

  • Any attempt to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software, algorithms, or systems.
  • Using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
  • Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts within the same household or network.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or making illegal payments.
  • Misleading, harassing, or engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other members.
  • Operating an account using a false identity or documents.
  • Contacting others while posing as a royalbd official or representative.
Consequences: If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, the account will be permanently closed immediately and all associated funds may be confiscated.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

royalbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, particularly in the following circumstances:

  • Evidence of a breach of these Terms.
  • Failure to complete identity or age verification.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  • Involvement in prohibited activities.
  • Self-exclusion at the member's own request.

8.1 Funds in a Suspended Account

If an account is suspended during an investigation, legitimate funds will be kept safe. Once the investigation is complete and the account is cleared, funds will be returned. However, funds earned from bonuses in an account closed due to a breach of these Terms may be confiscated.

8.2 Requesting Account Closure

9 Limitation of Liability

royalbd aims to operate its services reliably, however liability is limited in certain cases:

9.1 Technical Failures

royalbd is not liable for losses or missed bets caused by server downtime, internet disconnection, or other technical issues. Bets affected by such incidents will be settled in accordance with the relevant policy.

9.2 Third-Party Services

royalbd is not directly liable for issues arising from game software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution) or payment providers, but will assist in resolving them.

9.3 Limitation of Damages

In any circumstance, royalbd's maximum liability is limited to the amount deposited by the member during that week. No liability will be accepted for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

royalbd places the highest importance on protecting members' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption and modern cybersecurity methods to keep data secure.

10.1 Sharing Information with Third Parties

royalbd does not sell members' information to third parties for marketing purposes. However, limited information may be shared with selected partners for payment processing, identity verification, and technology services.

11 Responsible Gaming

royalbd believes that online gaming and betting should be for entertainment only. The platform has a number of protective measures in place to prevent excessive or addictive behaviour.

  • Members can set their own deposit limits.
  • The self-exclusion feature can be activated to temporarily close the account for a set period.
  • Reality checks — reminders about session length will be shown at set intervals.
